This AI video editor operated in a crowded SaaS category where generic AI messaging was not enough to win rankings or paid users. The site had product pages, but it did not yet own the broader video editing topic map across discovery, comparison, and purchase intent. The ROI
The combined strategy turned organic search into a real subscription acquisition channel. Within 9 months, the campaign generated 29K clicks and 144K impressions, while holding a strong 20.1% average CTR across the tracked keyword set.
Most importantly, one of the platform's main commercial keywords reached the #1 position, giving the brand a dependable stream of high-intent traffic from people already looking for an AI video editing solution. The free-tool layer kept bringing new users into the ecosystem, and the BOFU pages helped convert that demand into actual customers instead of leaving it stuck at the awareness stage.
